For the Brie
8 oz (225 g) brie cheese, cut into bite-sized cubes
For the Walnut Crust
½ cup (60 g) walnuts, finely crushed
¼ cup (30 g) breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
For Frying or Baking
2 tbsp olive oil
For the Drizzle
2 tbsp honey
Garnish
Fresh thyme or rosemary
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil in a pan for frying.
Dip brie cubes into beaten egg, then coat with a mixture of crushed walnuts and breadcrumbs.
Place on a lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, or fry in a pan until golden on all sides.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until crispy outside and melty inside.
Drizzle with honey immediately after cooking.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
