For the Naan Pizza
2 naan breads
1 cup (240 ml) tomato sauce
6 oz (170 g) fresh mozzarella, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Garnish
Fresh basil leaves
Extra olive oil drizzle
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place naan breads on a baking sheet.
Spread tomato sauce evenly over each naan.
Top with fresh mozzarella slices.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
Drizzle with extra olive oil if desired.
Serve warm.
