1. Freeze mozzarella sticks for at least 1 hour before breading.
2. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne.
3. Dip each mozzarella stick into flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
4. Repeat egg and breadcrumb coating for an extra crispy shell.
5. Heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
6. Fry mozzarella sticks in batches for 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
7. Remove and place on paper towels.
8. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, cayenne, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and chili powder.
9. Brush hot mozzarella sticks generously with Nashville hot butter.
10. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and dried parsley before serving.
