1 pound pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
23 jalapeños, finely diced (seeds removed for less heat)
4 slices of bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Optional: 2 tablespoons melted butter for brushing

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, and crumbled bacon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Form the Rolls: Divide the pizza dough into 12 equal portions. Flatten each portion into a circle, place a spoonful of the filling in the center, and then bring the edges together, pinching to seal. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Apply Egg Wash: Brush the tops of the rolls with the beaten egg to ensure a golden crust.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden and sound hollow when tapped.
Serve Warm: Let the rolls cool slightly on a wire rack before serving. Optional: Brush with melted butter for a rich finish.
