Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls – Delicious and Easy

1 lb (450 g) ground breakfast sausage
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained well
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1½ cups Bisquick baking mix
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, combine sausage, softened cream cheese, drained Rotel, shredded cheddar, Bisquick, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
3️⃣ Mix thoroughly until everything is well combined.
4️⃣ Roll the mixture into 1–1½ inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
5️⃣ Bake for 18–22 minutes until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
6️⃣ Let them cool slightly, then garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
