For the Dough
1 cup (225 g) butter, softened
½ cup (50 g) parmesan cheese, finely grated
2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
½ tsp salt

Extra parmesan
Pinch of rosemary
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, cream butter until smooth.
Mix in parmesan cheese and rosemary.
Add flour and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Roll dough out on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thickness.
Cut into snowflake shapes using a cookie cutter.
Place on a lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle with extra parmesan if desired.
