Ingredients1 pack (16 oz) tri‑color rotini pasta
1 bottle (16 oz) Italian salad dressing
1 cup fresh broccoli florets
1 can (6 oz) black olives, sliced
1 pack (8 oz) mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 oz sliced pepperoni
Boil pasta in salted water until soft but firm (about 8 minutes).
Drain & rinse with cold water

In a big bowl, mix pasta, Italian dressing, cheese, broccoli, olives, and pepperoni.
Toss well until everything is coated

Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour
