Peach-Cobbler -Cheesecake-Donuts

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup butter (melted)

1 large egg

Vegetable oil (for frying)

For the Cheesecake Filling:

1 cup cream cheese (softened)

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Peach Filling:

1 cup fresh or canned peaches (chopped)

2 tbsp granulated sugar

1 tbsp cornstarch

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup water

For the Coating:

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

1. Prepare the Peach Filling:

In a saucepan, combine peaches, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and water.

Cook over medium heat until thickened. Set aside to cool.

2. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag.

3. Make the Donuts:

In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add milk, melted butter, and egg. Stir until combined.

Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).

Drop spoonfuls of batter into the oil and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

4. Assemble the Donuts:

Using a piping tip, fill each donut with cheesecake filling.

Add peach filling on top or inside.

5. Coat the Donuts:

Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll warm donuts in the mixture.
