Mini Pepper Poppers – Easy and Delicious

Ingredients

12 mini sweet peppers (halved & deseeded)
200g cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt & black pepper to taste
6 slices bacon (cooked & crumbled)
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Spoon the mixture into each pepper half.
4️⃣ Top with crumbled bacon.
5️⃣ Arrange on the baking tray and bake for 12–15 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese is bubbly.
6️⃣ Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
