2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp instant yeast
¾ cup warm water
1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup tomato sauce
1 cup fresh mozzarella, torn into small pieces
Fresh basil leaves
1 tbsp olive oil (for drizzling)

Instructions

Prepare Dough: In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Add warm water and olive oil, knead into a soft dough. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.

Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 475°F (245°C).

Shape Pizzas: Divide dough into small portions and roll into mini circles. Place on a lined baking sheet.

Add Toppings: Spread tomato sauce over each pizza, add mozzarella, and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake: Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden with slight charring.

Finish & Serve: Top with fresh basil leaves and enjoy warm!
