Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add beef, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 6–8 minutes until browned and flavorful.
Blend feta, Greek yogurt, garlic, and olive oil until smooth.
Fill lettuce leaves with cooked beef, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion.
Top with whipped garlic feta.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
