In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and thyme.
Toss the carrots in the honey garlic butter mixture until well coated.
Spread the carrots in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the carrots are tender and caramelized.
