4 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels

3 tbsp unsalted butter

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp heavy cream

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)

Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the corn kernels and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is tender and slightly caramelized.

Make the Honey Butter Sauce:

Stir in the honey, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder (if using).

Continue to cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce is thickened and coats the corn evenly.

Serve & Garnish:

Transfer the honey butter corn to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro if desired.

Serve warm as a delicious side dish!
