Honey Bacon Roasted Potatoes – Tasty and Easy to Prepare

Honey-Bacon-Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1½ lbs baby potatoes, halved
• 6 slices bacon, chopped
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2–3 tbsp honey
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• Salt, to taste
• Black pepper, to taste
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ In a large bowl, toss halved potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.

3️⃣ Spread potatoes cut-side down on the baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.

4️⃣ While potatoes roast, cook chopped bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

5️⃣ Remove potatoes from oven, flip them, and sprinkle cooked bacon evenly over the top. Return to oven for 10–15 minutes until potatoes are golden and tender.

6️⃣ Drizzle honey over the hot potatoes and gently toss to coat. Add minced garlic during the last 5 minutes of roasting if you prefer a roasted garlic flavor.

7️⃣ Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
