2 chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
For the salad:
4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, sliced
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup black olives
For the tzatziki:
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cucumber, grated & squeezed dry
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Salt to taste
Season chicken with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Grill chicken over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice.
In a bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta, and olives.
Mix all tzatziki ingredients in a separate bowl until creamy and well combined.
Top salad with sliced grilled chicken and a generous scoop of tzatziki.
