Greek Style Loaded Hummus – Tasty and Easy to Make

Ingredients

• 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
• ¼ cup tahini
• 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1–2 cloves garlic
• 2–3 tbsp olive oil (plus extra for topping)
• 2–4 tbsp cold water (as needed)
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp cumin
• ¼ tsp paprika

Toppings:
• ½ cup cherry tomatoes
• ¼ cup Kalamata olives
• ½ avocado, sliced
• ½ cup diced cucumber
• 1–2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
• Extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
• Pinch of paprika or red pepper flakes

Instructions

1️⃣ In a food processor, blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, cumin, and paprika until smooth.

2️⃣ Add cold water 1 tablespoon at a time until ultra creamy. Blend for 1–2 minutes for the smoothest texture.

3️⃣ Spread hummus onto a serving plate, creating swirls with the back of a spoon.

4️⃣ Top with cherry tomatoes, olives, avocado slices, diced cucumber, and fresh parsley.

5️⃣ Drizzle generously with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika or red pepper flakes.

6️⃣ Serve with warm pita, toasted bread, or fresh veggies.
