Greek Lemon Beef Pita Wraps with Creamy Dill Feta Sauce

Ingredients

For the Beef
1 lb (450 g) beef strips or ground beef
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper

For the Wrap
4 pita breads
1 cup (150 g) cherry tomatoes, diced
1 cucumber, sliced

For the Creamy Dill Feta Sauce
1 cup (200 g) feta cheese
¼ cup (60 g) Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Garnish
Extra dill
Lemon wedges

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

Add beef, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 6–8 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Warm pita breads in a pan or oven.

In a blender or bowl, mix feta, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and dill until smooth and creamy.

Assemble wraps by adding cooked beef, tomatoes, and cucumber.

Drizzle with creamy dill feta sauce.

Garnish with extra dill and serve with lemon wedges.
