Garlic Pesto Rolls – Yummiest Rolls Ever.

Garlic-Pesto-Rolls

Ingredients

* 500 g bread flour
* 7 g instant yeast
* 1 tsp sugar
* 1 tsp salt
* 300 ml warm water
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 100 g basil pesto
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 50 g grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
2. Add warm water and olive oil, kneading until a soft dough forms.
3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
4. Roll dough into a rectangle, spread with pesto, sprinkle garlic and Parmesan evenly.
5. Roll tightly into a log, slice into equal pieces, and place in a greased baking dish.
6. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
7. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
