If you’re wondering what to make for dinner or a crowd-pleaser snack… this is it.
Buttery biscuit bombs stuffed with cheesy, garlicky beef — my family asks for these every week.

Ingredients

Scale

1 pound ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, diced
1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F.

2️⃣ In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with minced garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.

3️⃣ Stir in Parmesan and cheddar cheese until the mixture is melty and loaded.

4️⃣ Flatten each biscuit dough piece, add a scoop of the beef mixture, then fold and seal tightly into a ball.

5️⃣ Place on a lined baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.

6️⃣ Remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley, and serve warm while the cheese is gooey inside. This one disappears fast.
