Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs – Delicious and Easy

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

2 tablespoons melted butter

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onions until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly, then mix in cheddar cheese.

Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place about 1-2 tablespoons of the meat mixture in the center.

Fold and seal into a ball, then place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

Brush each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan and Italian seasoning.

Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
