Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan)
Heat butter in a pan, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds
Add ground beef, spices, salt, and pepper
Cook until browned and slightly crispy
Lightly brush flatbreads with olive oil
Toast in the oven for 5–7 minutes until warm and slightly crisp
Whip ricotta with cream, honey, and salt until smooth
Warm honey and mix with chili flakes
Spread whipped ricotta over flatbreads
Top with garlic butter beef
Drizzle with hot honey
Finish with herbs or lemon zest if using
