1 lb (450g) ground beef
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Form into 8 small meatballs.
In a skillet, cook meatballs until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of mozzarella and a meatball in the center.
Fold the dough around to seal completely and place seam-side-down on the baking sheet.
Melt butter and mix with minced garlic and parsley.
Brush bombs with garlic butter.
Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
