16 oz shredded cabbage (green or mixed)
3/4 cup chopped dill pickles
2 medium green onions, thinly sliced
4 medium red radishes, finely diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons pickle juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Mix the base: In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, pickles, green onion, radishes, garlic, and fresh dill.

Make the dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, pickle juice, Dijon mustard, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth.

Toss it together: Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture. Toss thoroughly until everything is evenly coated.

Chill and serve: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend. Stir before serving and adjust seasoning if needed.
