4 large potatoes (cut into fries)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional for extra flavor)
Fresh parsley (optional garnish)
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) or heat oil if frying.
Soak cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes, then pat completely dry.
Toss fries with olive oil and all the spices until evenly coated.
Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
(Optional) Sprinkle with Parmesan right after baking.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
