Crispy Mozzarella Bites – 10 Minutes Meal

12 mozzarella string cheese sticks, cut in half

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup Italian breadcrumbs

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Oil for frying

Instructions

Prepare three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and paprika.

Dip each mozzarella piece in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture. Repeat for a double coat.

Freeze coated cheese for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).

Fry mozzarella bites in batches for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes:

Best served with marinara or ranch dipping sauce.

Freezing before frying is essential to prevent cheese leakage.
