2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
2–3 jalapeños, finely diced
8–10 small tortillas
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (for topping or coating)
2 tbsp butter, melted
Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, diced jalapeños, salt, and pepper.
Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
Spoon filling onto each tortilla and roll tightly into taquitos.
Place seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch.
Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and crispy.
Let cool slightly and serve with ranch or extra Alfredo for dipping.
