Ingredients

2 lbs chicken tenders
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Cooking spray or oil for baking/frying
Hot Honey Lemon Sauce
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 tablespoon olive oil
Topping
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Fresh parsley or dill, chopped

Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) or heat oil for frying.
Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
Dredge in flour, dip in eggs, then coat in panko mixed with Parmesan, paprika, and garlic powder.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or fry until golden and crispy.
In a small pan, warm honey, lemon juice, zest, chili flakes, and olive oil for 1–2 minutes.
Toss hot chicken tenders in the sauce.
Sprinkle feta and fresh herbs on top while warm.
Serve immediately.
