For the wings:
2 lbs (900g) chicken wings
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
For the garlic parmesan sauce:
4 tbsp butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley
For the fries:
3 large potatoes, cut into fries
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Optional dip:
½ cup ranch or garlic aioli
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Pat wings dry, then toss with baking powder, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Arrange wings on a rack over a baking sheet and bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
Toss fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bake alongside wings for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parmesan, and parsley.
Toss hot wings in the garlic parmesan sauce until fully coated.
Serve wings with seasoned fries and your favorite dip on the side.
