1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat works best)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spoon small portions of cottage cheese onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart. Gently flatten into thin circles.
Sprinkle each with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika if using.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
Let cool for a few minutes—they will crisp up even more as they cool.
Carefully remove from the parchment and enjoy as a crunchy snack!
