2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
10 slices crispy bacon
2 grilled chicken breasts, shredded
3 tbsp ranch dressing
4 tbsp butter, softened
8 slices Texas toast
Heat a pan over medium heat.
Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
Place a layer of mozzarella, chicken, bacon, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
Cover with another bread slice, butter side up.
Grill for 3-5 minutes per side until crispy and golden.
