1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls (or 4 thick bread slices, cubed)
2 eggs
¼ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp butter
For the coating:
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
For the glaze:
½ cup powdered sugar
1–2 tbsp milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
Cut cinnamon rolls (or bread) into bite-sized cubes.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Dip each piece into the egg mixture, coating lightly.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook bites for 2–3 minutes, turning until golden on all sides.
Mix sugar and cinnamon, then toss warm bites in the mixture.
Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over the bites.
Serve warm and enjoy!
