1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas (or 1 can, drained and rinsed)
2 medium roasted beets, diced
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey (optional)

1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp dried oregano
In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, diced roasted beets, and chopped parsley.
