1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
2. Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface, shaping into a 12-inch round. Place on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush dough with olive oil.
3. Bake crust for 10–12 minutes, until golden brown and slightly crisp. Cool slightly.
4. While crust bakes, mix romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing, tossing until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
5. Layer baked crust with mozzarella cheese and grilled chicken. Bake 3–5 minutes more until cheese is melted.
6. Remove from oven. Top with dressed romaine, Parmesan, and croutons.
7. Garnish with lemon wedges for brightness. Slice and serve immediately.
