Ingredients

Dough:
– 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
Filling:
– 1 cup lump crab meat
– 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
– 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
– 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
– 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
– 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Topping:
– 2 tablespoons butter, melted
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the lump crab meat, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and parsley. Mix until well incorporated.
3. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a disc shape.
4. Place a tablespoon of the crab filling in the center of each biscuit.
5. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit around the filling, pinching to seal and form a ball.
6. Arrange the stuffed biscuit bombs on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
7. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with the butter mixture.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
9. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
