1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & black pepper to taste
2 tbsp chopped nuts (optional, for topping)
1 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a grill pan.
Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Thread them onto skewers (about 4–5 per skewer).
Roast or grill for 15–20 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
Brush glaze over the skewers and cook for another 3–5 minutes until caramelized.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts and Parmesan if desired, then serve warm.
