6 cups cantaloupe melon cubed.
4 cups heirloom tomatoes, varying colors, cut into bite-sized chunks (from about 23 large tomatoes)
16 ounces mozzarella cheese, roughly torn into bite-size pieces
¼ cup basil, roughly minced
Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
Finishing salt, to taste

Instructions

Arrange the cantaloupe balls, heirloom tomato chunks, and mozzarella on a large platter.
Drizzle generously with balsamic glaze and a bit of extra virgin olive oil.
Sprinkle the roughly minced basil over the top.
Season with fresh ground black pepper and finishing salt to enhance the flavors.
Chill the salad until ready to serve, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully.
