Buttery-Garlic-Cheese-Stuffed-Biscuit-Bombs

Ingredients

Scale

1 can (8 count) refrigerated biscuit dough

8 small cubes of mozzarella cheese (or string cheese, cut into 1-inch pieces)

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a muffin tin.

Separate the biscuit dough into 8 pieces. Flatten each piece slightly with your hands.

Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each biscuit round. Fold the dough around the cheese, pinching edges to seal and forming a smooth ball.

Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet or in muffin tin cups.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt.

Brush half of the garlic butter mixture over the tops of each dough ball.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

Immediately brush the remaining garlic butter on top, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Serve warm while the cheese is gooey.
