1 loaf crusty bread (sliced)
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1 ball burrata cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
Fresh basil leaves
1 tbsp balsamic glaze
Salt and black pepper to taste
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
Brush bread slices lightly with olive oil and toast until golden and crisp.
Rub toasted bread with garlic cloves for extra flavor.
In a pan, heat a little olive oil and sauté cherry tomatoes until blistered and slightly softened.
Season tomatoes with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
Tear burrata and spread generously over each toast.
Spoon warm blistered tomatoes on top.
Add fresh basil leaves.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
Serve immediately while warm.
