1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup grated onion
1/2 cup crushed crackers
1 egg
Glaze:
1/2 cup BBQ sauce + 2 tbsp bourbon
4 slices crispy bacon
Provolone cheese
Mix beef, onion, crackers, egg; form meatballs.
Bake at 375°F for 20 mins.
Toss in bourbon BBQ glaze; broil 2 mins with cheese.
Stuff into toasted rolls, top with bacon.
