2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
1/3 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
4 large flour tortillas
In a bowl, mix chicken with BBQ sauce until coated.
Lay tortillas flat and spread a little ranch dressing down the center of each.
Add BBQ chicken, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
Roll up tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
Slice in half and serve cold or warm in a skillet for 2 minutes per side.
