Bagel Cottage Cheese Bread Loaf – Delicous and Kito Friendly

Ingredients

Ingredients (makes about 1 loaf):
2 cups cottage cheese
3 large eggs
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup oat flour
2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prepare
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.

Step 2: Mix the Batter
In a bowl, blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth. Add almond flour, oat flour, everything bagel seasoning, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until fully combined.

Step 3: Pour into Pan
Transfer batter to the prepared loaf pan. Smooth the top and sprinkle extra everything bagel seasoning if desired.

Step 4: Bake & Cool
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean and top is golden. Cool completely in pan before slicing.
