3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
7 slices thick‑cut bacon
Garlic Parmesan wing sauce, as desired
Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Slice each chicken breast into strips, similar in size to chicken tenders.
Drizzle olive oil over the chicken strips and rub it in so each strip is coated. Season both sides of each chicken strip with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Wrap each seasoned chicken strip with a slice of thick‑cut bacon, spiraling or wrapping so that each bite includes bacon. Place the wrapped pieces seam side down in a 9×13‑inch baking dish.
Generously pour garlic Parmesan wing sauce over each bacon‑wrapped chicken piece, and baste the tops so the sauce covers well.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165 °F / 74 °C) and the bacon is nicely browned.
Let the chicken rest a few minutes, then transfer to a serving platter. Spoon any extra sauce from the pan over the pieces before serving.
