Ingredients

450g (1 lb) sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 cups baby potatoes, halved

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
How to Make It

Preheat Air Fryer to 200°C (400°F).

Toss Potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Air fry for 12–15 mins, shaking halfway.

Season Steak with salt, pepper, and thyme. Toss with remaining olive oil.

Add Steak to the air fryer and cook for 5–7 mins, shaking once for even browning.

Make Garlic Butter: In a small pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (1 min).

Toss Everything together in a bowl and drizzle with garlic butter. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
