 How to Make It

  1. Preheat Air Fryer to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Toss Potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Air fry for 12–15 mins, shaking halfway.

  3. Season Steak with salt, pepper, and thyme. Toss with remaining olive oil.
