4-Ingredient Cucumber Tea Sandwiches | Light Tea Party snack

4-ingredient-cucumber-tea-sandwiches-recipe
My sister makes these for every baby shower… and they vanish in minutes!
They look fancy on the tray, but nobody guesses they only take 4 simple ingredients 🤤 Perfect for showers, brunches, or light snacks.

Ingredients

1 loaf soft white sandwich bread 🍞
8 oz cream cheese, softened 🧀
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 large seedless cucumbers, very thinly sliced 🥒

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Cucumbers
Wash and thinly slice the cucumbers into very thin rounds. Pat them dry so the sandwiches don’t get soggy.
2️⃣ Make the Creamy Spread
In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth and fluffy.
3️⃣ Spread the Bread
Lay the bread slices on a cutting board and spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture on each slice.
4️⃣ Add the Cucumbers
Place a single layer of cucumber slices over half the bread slices.
5️⃣ Assemble the Sandwiches
Top with the remaining bread slices, cream cheese side down, to form sandwiches.
6️⃣ Trim & Cut
Cut off the crusts, then slice each sandwich into triangles or small squares.
7️⃣ Chill Before Serving
Arrange on a platter and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving so they firm up nicely.
