1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup self-rising flour (or 1 cup all-purpose flour + 1½ tsp baking powder + ½ tsp salt)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and flour until a soft dough forms.
3️⃣ Knead lightly on a floured surface until smooth (about 1–2 minutes).
4️⃣ Roll or press dough into a thin round or rectangle.
5️⃣ Transfer to baking sheet and pre-bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
6️⃣ Add your favorite toppings (sauce, cheese, veggies, etc.).
7️⃣ Return to oven and bake another 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
