1 lb ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
4 cups chopped lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup pickles, sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
Sesame seeds (optional, for burger flavor)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon pickle relish
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir until smooth and set aside.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef in portions and smash it flat using a spatula.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until crispy and browned.
Break into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
In serving bowls, add chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, pickles, and red onions.
Add the cooked beef on top of the veggies.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and bacon crumbles.
Drizzle generously with burger sauce.
Optional: sprinkle sesame seeds for that classic burger taste.
Serve immediately while the beef is warm. Toss everything together before eating for the best flavor.
