Ingredients

2 cups fresh pineapple juice (or blended fresh pineapple)

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)

½ to ¾ cup sugar (adjust to taste)

3 cups cold water

Lemon or pineapple slices (for garnish, optional)

How to Make It

Juice the Lemons
Squeeze fresh lemon juice and set aside. -
Blend or Pour Pineapple Juice
Use fresh pineapple in a blender or store-bought juice. -
Combine Ingredients
In a pitcher, mix pineapple juice, lemon juice, sugar, and water. Stir until sugar dissolves. -
Chill & Serve
Add ice and chill for 1 hour. Garnish and serve cold.
Storage Instructions
Refrigerate in a covered pitcher for up to 3 days. Stir before serving, as natural juices may settle.
