Ingredients

For the Cheesecake Filling:
1 cup cream cheese, softened 🧀
1/4 cup powdered sugar 🍬
1 tsp vanilla extract 🌸
For the Coating:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs 🌾
1/2 cup all-purpose flour 🌾
1/2 cup milk 🥛
1 large egg 🥚
For Frying:
2 cups vegetable oil for frying 🛢️
For the Cinnamon Sugar:
1/2 cup granulated sugar 🍬
1 tbsp ground cinnamon 🍂

Instructions

Prepare the Filling:
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Scoop into small balls and freeze for 30 minutes.
Set Up the Coating:
Create a coating station with three bowls: one with flour, one with milk and whisked egg, and one with graham cracker crumbs.
Coat the Cheesecake Bites:
Roll each frozen cheesecake ball in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat in graham cracker crumbs.
Fry the Bites:
Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry the bites in batches for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain.
