For the Chicken
1 lb (450 g) ground chicken
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
For the Flatbread
2 flatbreads or naan
1 tbsp olive oil
For the Topping
½ cup (75 g) feta cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
For the Hot Honey
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add ground chicken, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 6–8 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
Spread cooked chicken evenly over the flatbreads.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are crisp.
In a small bowl, mix honey, chili flakes, and lemon juice.
Drizzle hot honey over the flatbreads and sprinkle with feta cheese and parsley.
